One of Bendigo’s oldest Law Firms Petersen Westbrook Cameron Lawyers has been providing legal services to clients and local communities in Bendigo, Castlemaine and the surrounding areas for over a century.

 

 

Greg Westbrook (LLB)(BLJS) (Director)

Greg brings extensive commercial experience to his role as Director of Petersen Westbrook Cameron and practices in the areas of Property Law, Commercial Leasing, Business Acquisitions and Sales, Commercial Litigation and Corporate Governance. Greg is keenly involved in the local community and holds Board positions with Bendigo Access Employment, Central Victoria Regional AFL Commission and Bendigo Health’s Research and Ethics Committee. Greg can often be seen paddling on Lake Weroona and competing in multi-sport events on weekends.

 

Bob Cameron (LLB)

Bob Cameron first joined Petersen Westbrook Cameron Lawyers in 1985. In 1996 Bob was elected into State Parliament and held the seat of Bendigo West until his retirement from parliament in 2010. Having been involved in the making of many Victorian Laws as a cabinet minister for eleven years, Bob is now back with our firm bringing with him considerable legal knowledge. Bob continues to be actively involved with the local community, including serving as Chairman of Bendigo Health.  He now acts as a consultant to our law practice helping clients in family and employment matters.

 

Natalie Westbrook (LLB)

Natalie works predominately in Succession Planning, assisting clients in all matters relating to Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estates. Natalie also has extensive experience in Property law. Being a mother of 3 children, Natalie is keen to help people who want legal piece of mind for their families.

 

KIM FRENCH (Legal Executive) (F.Inst.L.Ex)

Kim heads up our property law team and has extensive experience working in the legal field, with 20 years experience in the areas of conveyancing and commercial law. Kim is a Legal Executive with the Institute of Legal Executives and during 2018 will complete her qualifications and be a licensed Conveyancer. Kim’s role at Petersen Westbrook Cameron is to assist clients with their property transactions.

 

Nathan Holt (LLB)

Nathan joined Petersen Westbrook Cameron in January 2015 as a seasonal clerk whilst studying for his Law Degree at La Trobe University. Since Graduating in December 2017 Nathan has begun his Supervised Legal Training at the firm. Nathan enjoys engaging and interacting with clients in the hope to build a long term relationship with them. He credits his desire to get to know people to his upbringing in the small town of Wedderburn, which he believes holds him in good stead both professionally and outside of work.

 

Michael Westbrook (BA)(LLB)(Hons)

Michael Westbrook has practiced Law in Bendigo for over 35 years . Michael now acts as a consultant with the firm. Michael also heads up our internal finance department.
